Terms of Access

1. Platform Access: Access to the Heritage platform is strictly limited to verified, authenticated users who meet the jurisdictional requirements for participating in Real World Asset (RWA) fractional ownership.

2. Token Acquisition: The purchase of fractions (represented by ERC-20 tokens) constitutes a binding agreement to acquire proportional economic rights to the underlying physical asset, subject to the conditions set forth by the governing syndicate.
