Collection and purpose

The enquiry form prepares your name, company, email, description, and optional details in your browser and opens an email draft. It does not send form data to our server. RickyPark Ltd receives the contents only when you send the email, to understand your requirements, respond, and discuss a quotation. Do not provide confidential documents, passwords, or other people’s personal records.

Processing and delivery

Vercel hosts this website. Your chosen email service sends your enquiry to enquiry@rickypark.com under its own privacy and delivery arrangements. Email providers may process data outside Hong Kong; this website does not promise Hong Kong-only data residency.

Access and retention

Enquiries are used by people handling business enquiries and retained as needed for follow-up and business records. This website has no customer accounts or file uploads and does not include form contents in analytics events. Hosting providers may retain operational and security records.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only when configured and after you accept analytics. Events cover page views, enquiry-button clicks, form starts, draft opens, brief copies, and email-link clicks. Events exclude names, emails, and project contents; page URLs omit query parameters. Declining analytics does not affect enquiries.

Your choices and contact

Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. For questions, access, or corrections to submitted information, email enquiry@rickypark.com. Data arrangements for an agreed project are confirmed in its separate agreement.
