Renewal and ongoing care
Renewal includes hosting, SSL, regular backups, security monitoring, basic technical maintenance, and the specified number of minor updates. Renewal notice is provided 60 days before expiry.

Paid third-party plans are charged against actual invoices with receipts. Excess usage is charged at cost plus a 15% management fee, with notice before the next invoice. Domain renewals, business email, paid plugins, and API fees are separate. Platform price changes are notified first; current supplier invoices determine actual charges. We recommend registering the domain in the customer’s company name.

We organise the pages and prepare the homepage design direction.

Confirm the style before the remaining pages are developed.

Complete the remaining pages
We build the pages included in the selected package.

Provide consolidated feedback
Send feedback together within the package’s agreed revision rounds.

Pay the balance before launch
After payment, we arrange the launch date with you.

Launch the website
We handle deployment, DNS, SSL, and security monitoring.

Begin ongoing management
Hosting, backups, updates, and support continue during the contract.
Service terms
- Materials, text, and images you supply must be accurate and lawful.
- Delivery depends on timely receipt of your materials and design approvals.
- Unused revisions cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Revisions beyond the package allowance incur additional charges.
- Deposits are non-refundable once design work begins.
- Website designs and deliverables remain the property of RickyPark Ltd until all payments are received.
- Rights to use the final website are granted only after full payment.
- Third-party server, domain, plugin, and platform failures are not entirely within our control.
- We do not guarantee Google rankings, traffic, enquiry volumes, or business results.
- Hosting is subject to fair use. Third-party platform subscriptions and excess usage are payable by the customer based on actual invoices.
- Repairs arising from customer actions, malicious attacks, or third-party software may incur additional charges.
- Provide advance written notice when cancelling, transferring, or migrating the website.
- Unused contract periods are generally non-refundable on early termination.
- Additional features and work outside the agreed scope require a separate quotation.
- We may suspend the website or technical support if payment is overdue.
